401 days since submission and 296 days since approval and still waiting for my PD
happy 2025 fellow users!
it has been 400+ days since I filed i-140 and ~300 days since approval and I still can’t file AOS! wait is too long and this is incredibly painful. i don’t know long i will have to wait. hope all this mess ends in 2025!

based on the current trend yeah
last year jumped from March 22 to Aug 1 = 132 days
from Aug 1 to November 28 = 119
you will be very lucky if Oct 25 works for you
