400+ days and nothing!!
I am ashamed of this process. It has been 430 days and I have heard nothing. When I call the main number for USCIS and speak to someone no one seems to know anything. I called so much and emailed so much but nothings been done. I have spoken to my Congressman but that’s a joke as well. Does anyone else have some advice ? Please would appreciate it if it was in English.

This is ridiculous. How could they approve other people and not you? You were literally one of the first to apply. This process is such a joke.
Oscar sMar 8, 2024
literally they have approved people that have applied a month ago in less then a week. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing at this point. I filed for my Venezuelan finance and I feel like because they have been getting a bad rap over the past couple of months they decide to put them at the end of the line. I do not have faith in this process at all. USCIS is fully corrupt

did you try sending a email from the uscis account? thats the best way to contact uscis about your case. try sending a expedited request email to see if that will work.

also you can chat live with uscis. go to uscis.gov on the top right corner click Chat with Emma, type (connect to live person) they will connect you to a live person.

@Oscar s I don’t think it’s really a race thing; I think they just approve whatever they put their hands on first which is really unfair. I applied January of last year and someone I know applied this year already got approved and his people are already here. I would contact your senate office maybe or you could sue USCIS for a delay; it’s not guaranteed but it’s worth a try.

easy, fastest and pretty much only option is - you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. Friend did it and got a decision in 45 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com
