more than a year already, i’m happy to see people approved don’t get me wrong but damn i’ve seen 17 days approval, people getting approved in a week, 6 months, 11 months, my case is not that complicated, first marriage for broth, both young, plenty of evidence, like happy for others but it’s lowkey unfair tbh but hey patience is key

@Pretty Patient i’m so sorry to hear that, i hope good news for you very soon. it’s so unfair bro like why can’t they just do it in order bro, everybody paid for a service & you’re dealing with peoples lives, you don’t know what they going through, & they don’t care to delay your case even more wether it be with an i-824 or anything else like wtf, you increasing prices but the timelines are the same smh

Please people never lose hope. Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
