if he’s in the US, file I-485

if he entered iligaly he can’t file I-485

you must be physically present in the United States to file I-485 .. if the spouse is outside of the united state they can’t file this application.. unless spouse get citizenship, on that base you can expedite your case .. otherwise you have to wait for the procedure.
