2nd RFE i485 for the whole family
Hello Everyone,
I am a principal applicant on a EB3 ROW 485 along with my wife and kids.
All of us received our First RFE's for birth certificates back in March 2024, although we had submitted them in the initial submission. We submitted the response a couple of months later and also got notification that the response was received by USCIS. And now again all of us received an RFE for Medicals which we had also submitted in the original submission.
My questions are
1)If they sent us a second RFE for Medical does that mean the response for the first RFE (birth certificate) was accepted?
2)Should we anticipate more RFE's given we respond to the Medical RFE correctly? I hear a lot of people in the community stating that usually if they ask for Medicals thats it.

I'll tell you my case: I received a second RFE for the polio vaccine for my husband and me, the RFE says that since 5/1/24 they updated the vaccines and they now require it for adults, when I did the tests (after that date) apparently 🙄 the doctor was not aware of that update and thanks to that I have a second RFE.

@C R my case is similar. I got my medical in late June 2024, but the doctor seemed to not aware about the polio. Then when I have to get another medical in July 2024, they just told me to get to polio because of the update

@C R @a T thank you for your reply. our medicals were done in December 2023 and the 485 was submitted on Feb 7 24. for polio vaccines we had them for the kids and for adults we had blood tests done to confirm. but All of us me my wife and two kids got the rfes . the RFE doesn't say anything about vaccine. the RFEs that you received did it ask specifically for polio vaccines?

@Sunny B Yes, my RFE specifies that we must complete the vaccinations with polio IPV or OPV and that it is not necessary to do the medical examinations again.
