2nd RFE
This process has been incredibly draining. I submitted in September and were onto our second RFE. it’s such a straightforward case that I’m a little concerned why I received another RFE. is this common? why is the process like this? I
wish they would just call my lawyer to clarify. now I have to wait another few weeks.

they want the $100,000 but we submitted on September 18th with overnight shipping and there were 2 flight delays so it didn’t arrive until the 22nd…so we’re kind of screwed
