2nd Inquiry response from USCIS (outside processing time) anyone received this before?

The first response I received from them was usual, we’re working on your case, give us 60 days, blah blah blah) But the second one I just received is different, see below, has anyone received this before? if so what happened after? “ The status of this service request is: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, additional reviews had to be completed on your case and this has caused a longer processing time. this is worrisome. I filed a month after you and am still waiting. I really don’t know why it’s taking ages, I hope we hear from them soon. I will be due for inquiry next month. pls keep disturbing them at least ones a week this wait is outrageous.
