In the meantime the Texas Service Center processing time for I-485 changes from 30.5 months to 31.5 months. What's a joke!!!

@kdj A all the best - what’s your field office and what was the processing time for it before the march 3 update of the field office processing times . I think it’s for applications like yours that they have revised the overall processing time to 12.5 mons meaning you should expect an update soon hopefully

@battling giants my FO is Buffalo but my case was transferred to Chicago which is a non-local FO. Their processing time was 12 months but kept increasing till 26 months before the new update. No RFE, nothing since. I've sent several service requests. Hopefully, we get an update soon 🙏

04/22 PD, still not approved. EB3 AOS from Asylum case

Hello everyone, I finally got notification for RFAE. Though I've not received the notice yet so i don't know what they're requesting for but it's still a progress and I'm excited

@kdj A did they accept your pending asylum as a valid status, I was in the same situation

@MP M I'm yet to find out. I had my asylum interview last week and hopefully, I will receive the decision next week according to the officer. So if I get approved, I will use it as proof of status
