@pg p they actually didn’t specify but we believe it is because that person didn’t earn enough money.

@pg p no they didn’t they told him to submit these documents before taking his passport. when they email us then he can give them passport providing they are indeed giving him his visa. this waiting is killing us. thank you for that info. 60 days isn’t to awfully long and it’s already been 30 so. hopefully not longer than that

How many joint sponsor you use ?

a month is way too long, I also received the same form asking for a new joint sponsor, it took about just a couple of days to change from "refused" to "administrative process" then 2 other days to become " issued " so one week after I sent the missing docs it became issued. I suggest you contact the embassy

in my case they kept my passport

@Arjun poudel I had 2 joint sponsors, both were refused so this is the third one I have submitted and there shouldn’t be any problem with this joint sponsor bc she makes 54000 in 2022 and is single no family. idk why we’re waiting this long.

@Hanan merabet well we resubmitted new joint sponsor after 1 week of our appointment then we got an email 4 days later saying send another one. so we submitted the third one like 2 more weeks later on December 27. I don’t know if that makes a difference or not 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve tried to contact them 3 times now and no response. even my state senator has reached out to them and no response either.

maybe because of the holidays things got delayed! I hope you hear some good news soon
