average processing time is 40 months.. A lot of people from 2020 and 2021 are still waiting

I’ve seen several people been approve before 3years . so you never know and let people answer my question. sometimes some of us ask this question to have relief of the stress we going through and not to have negative responds that will make us down . thanks

I file Oct 25 2022then receive work authorization and travel documents June 2024 never received prima facie

@ dear, i am not being negative, i am telling you the facts. I waited since 2018 and I am telling you that there is still plenty of people from 2019,2020 and 2021 that fell thru cracks and they are waiting for their decision. You need to be a little bit patient - you just applied. Work, live your life, enjoy your life and it will come. You will just stress yourself by checking this app all the time.

@ Only very few ppl from 2020 are still waiting. Even much smaller if they never received rfe. Personally, anyone from 2020 who haven't been approved should be active reaching out to their senators or house of reps to advocate for them with USCIS. Currently, majority of cases being approved are those who filed August 2021 to Oct 2021. They do approve cases early from 2021 but, its not the majority currently. They will probably start approving 2022 cases in February 2025 if the trend continues. So, May 2022 cases will probably be approved in July/August 2025. I think next month they will add those who filed November 2021 to the list for approval
