2 months after interview and no response
today is day 60 after my interview. this is my second time filing as my first case was denied because of misrepresentation on my visa application but fast forward i had my interview in Fairfax, Va and was given the usual white piece of paper saying a decision will be made within 60 days.
married based and my 5th year anniversary is in 3 days

Hopefully they are just taking their time to review everything and you will be approved soon! I saw a lot of people waiting and getting approved later after the interview. If your interview went smoothly this time, you will be ok! Could I ask you what was the specific misrepresentation on the visa application? Thank you.

i hope so too. interview was pretty smooth i was very upfront and honest about everything. i told them i lied on my visa application and that i was never married like i stated on
