180 days rule
Hi there, I have a question about I-140/ I-485/I-765/I-131 180 days rule. So here is my case. My I-140 and 485 was filed concurrently on Sep 2023. I got I-140 approval recently, can I change my job now? If my employer withdraw I-140, does my I-485 can keep working? It's like I485 already pending more than 180 days, but I-140 approval hasn't. Thanks!

I guess we are in the same boat. sept PD on i-140 which was also approved recently. I’m interested in understanding the answer to your question and when is that the 180days start to count.

Hey @Harry Green I just found this article, it lists all the situations with a table. https://immigrationvisaattorney.com/termination-and-green-card-application/

As @Stranger Danger said, it's 180 days of I-485, nothing else matters. The 485J seems a nightmare though, I'm doing nothing to complicate my process but I suppose it is mildly comforting thing to have. I'm 20 days from the 180 mark
