17 months still waiting, December 2022. Husband USC case sent to Vermont service center sometime In February

19 months here.

@usama kashif i am a us citizen i filed i-130 for my husband in 9 November 2022 . it was in texas service center for 12 months . then it was transferred 6 months ago to detroit field office and still no action ! i wish that what you are saying is true . how do u know that it’s near? and 6 months in the field office isn’t a long time ?

like what not inquiry, expedition, reaching to congressman, senetor. idk what to do other than wait now.

@C J i same here… not allowed to expedite or to fill an inquiry. I reached to the senator.. still nothing. I can’t do anything..

the only thing left to do is to now is writ of the mandamus

will cost a lot of money ans its scary to sue them ..

@farah b , I have seen many case when uscis send case another service center so that mean good news coming But you get the citizenship case approved very quickly and it doesn't take that much time. Are you missing any documents or anything? If so, then either contact them and ask them. If there is anything missing, we provide it ...otherwise There are two ways to expedite your case your husband very sick like major diseas etc second if wife are during pregnancy .. i hope u will get approved soon
