After 150 days you can apply. Currently it is up to 12 months for initial EAD. Since they just changed the process for asylum based category we sincerely hope it will be much less than that.

get the initial ead takes about 1 month after sending correct documents

@Bred John Thanks a lot. That’s also what I read in the instructions document. It takes 30 days but just wanted to be sure cos there’s been no delay from my part.
