1456 days and waiting……
Today 4 years ago my husband petitioned for me I-130 California service center and still nothing cannot inquiry until end of October i believe but i contacted congress local office hopefully they can get some attention on my case

hi @In God’s Time ! Does your husband file for US Citizen now? it will speed up the process if he is a USC. I think your case takes so long because he is a permanent resident and also if you are in removal proceedings USCIS will intentionally delay your case.
My I-130 took 3 years to get approved after an interview with an USCIS agent. My wife is a usc. Good luck and keep faith

thank you he is in the process of become a usc but its still out wrong what there doing i’ve been in removal proceedings since 2013 case is closed not terminated im not a priority attorney said they are taking up to 5 years
