131( travel permit)
has anyone heard that? my 765 form was approved two months ago but 131( travel permit) is still not changed to actively reviewed, case was received and a receipt notice was sent for 346 days. how long does it take to get approved 131 form after 765 ?

the two forms are not related and processed separately, so nobody can really tell you when you’re going to be approved. it’s not unheard of to wait for AP for a year or more, especially considering how backlogged the service centers are right now

if this helps you, my i765 was approved on day 238. And my i131 document was approved way latter on day 376 ( that’s just some 11 days ago) . So given that my PD is August 2021, I think they’re approving it in sequence and it will get to you pretty soon. Good luck bro

@sal thanks bro, and one more question. my 765 was approved on day 276, right now my 131 is 346 days but it has not changed to actively reviewing so how many days before your 131 was changed to actively reviewing before approval? thanks a lot

it doesn’t have to move to actively reviewing. Mine moved from case was received straight to case was approved

maybe the case wont show as actively reviewing. Mine went to approved 11 months after it was received.
