Hi I have tried to expedite my husband's case several times, all for health reasons. They don't see my health reasons as good reasons and said they can dot expidite our case be cause it would not be fair to others. Do you have any advise on how I can get the expidite for my husband's case. radiologist recently found Two tumors in by breast and I have to go this process by myself, without my husband and I'm scared. If you have advice I would love to hear it. Thank you Aiesha Rashid

@ Aeisha, I told them the truth, a family member is really sick and I needed to go see them. I had evidence in case they requested but they did not

@daniela S I also told them the truth on every occasion but I guess they didn't see it as important or worthy of expedition. They blow my mind with the things they except vs what they deny. I also had proof from my doctor's but it wasn't enough. Now with this new health scare I can't emagine going through this without my husband😢

hey daniel, i expedited on sept 1st, and yesterday i got an email saying: We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly. i expedite 1-131, they didn’t ask for evidence

do you think i can be approve? or after that email you get another email, i was told that if was to get denied i wouldn’t recieved that mail

@janda garc, that is the same email I received before the approval sohopefully you get it soon! @ yuen yuen, I called the uscis number at 8am and it went through withing minutes and you just have to tell the agent you want to expedite @ di si, it is good for a year the advance parole is the format 131 that allows you to travel abroad without canceling you pending 485 form.

@Rose A. my dear please, I haven't even been diagnosed. The 2 mass have been spotted on my left side but I go on the 26 to see what they are. I refuse to say it's cancer. I'm going to be just fine but I do need my husband because I would hate to continue this process with out him. If I have to go through it without him I just will. Anyway I'll know on the 26th what it is conclusive. Trying not to operate in fear. I know you meant well but please don't say sorry it makes me feel a little defeated😢. No worries all is well. I'm sure you all deserve to be with your loved ones just as much as I do, if not more.😉

I didn’t mean anything bad, I know here medical processing takes so long even for a normal thing happens. I’m on the same boat, day by day getting more complications mentaly physically, USCIS doesn’t care about keep ripped off our families

@aiesha I feel your pain. you shouldn't have to go through this alone. here's what I recommend resubmit but do it through your congressman. and send congressman your story. your case and evidence of illness. good luck to you and I hope and pray for your health.
