130 Approved, Parole permits denied, 485 still pending
When I received my denials for my parole permits(travel, employment) the reason was “I’m already getting this benefit through another channel”. But I don’t know what that means. my wife’s 130 was approved without an interview.

I think it might be a mistake from USVIS, and tbh I think you can probably consult with a lawyer. Jim hacking LLC is a good one, he has live stream answering immigration questions for free. you can try to reopen your case or file new ones, and I am not familiar with it you might want to do more research on it.

if your green card is approved first, you don’t need parole. green card works as work permit and parole.

@Adesuwa Omo but how do I know if it was approved? my status has been stuck on reviewing for a year now

@abdel cc yes, there was something stuck process/system wise; I had been granted LPR since December22/Jan23, but because of process/system issues the statuses of the other cases never got updated and the card never got sent for producing. I had to investigate through my attorney and schedule an appointment for review and temp GC stamp on passport; only then the process got unstuck. Received update today that plastic was produced.
