130 approved but 485 still pending
hello,
so I did apply for both of 130 and 485 at the same time and I already attended the interview, but today I just got 130 approved while 485 still pending, do you know please how long it will take to get approved??

@Wisal That is a quite long wait since you submited I-485/I-130
This happened with us, I-130 was approved the next day and I-485 took about 33 days! back then, I have read some people got approval the next day, some 3 weeks , some 5 weeks! so really there is no pattern on when it will be approved but hopefully will very very soon.

patience. they probably doing some background checks ! i had the same after interview I 130 was approved after a month and took a year for 485 but others takes few weeks n gets approved
