my k1 I-129F was approved Aug 29 also Cal Center and nothing from the NVC yet not that it matters as I was told I cannot use it because I filed for the I-130

@aiyla A yea the Approval letter I-797C said 2 to 4 weeks. I am beyond that now but I didn't see the need to inquire as I can't use it because I applied for the I-130 and maybe I didn't get anything from NVC because they realized I submitted the I-130. Also I filed my I-129F July 2 2022 and had 1 RFE and got approved Aug 29 2023 hope that info helps
