also you can check estimated processing times on the USCIS website. 16 months is the earliest I’ve seen.

yes we should file a joint motion against USCIS to get attention on CRP

just walked to an agent through emma and he said that the case at NBC and in CRP (now current) doesn’t necessarily mean’s automatically approval. NBC still has to finish the i485 process before it can be approved.

exactly, mine is crp too, but they approved cases that they just recently received, I will submit a service request too.

@K P yes congressman inquired Uscis and Uscis mentioned that they r aware of our case that we r current and no further inquiry is needed from us. I don’t know how long I have to wait

how do you know case is in CRP? especially for paper based filing MSC…

same here..1 year of waiting already..they approved my 131 recently..means i will have to wait longer..painful
