I got approved both 765 and 131 in 81 days after concurrent filing. PD is Nov 10, 2023. EB1C ROW.

Got EAD combo card after 251 days. Still waiting for i485 which is CRP although date is current.

eb1a row 113 days “nothing” yet got a “case is ready for interview” yesterday on primary and derivative hoping this actually happens soon. last month derivative I485 was “interview was rescheduled”

@Ellie Bdy I think your situation is pretty unusual. TSC is very slow and i think thats the reason why it took so long for you, hopefully you get your decision quickly at NBC
