You need to be married minimum 2 years on a citizen at the moment of interview

If you have are lucky not to be approved on the spot. Then you can wait another 4 months to be approved so its 10 yeara otherwise you are getting 2 years for sure.

after 4 yrs have marrige license you will get 10years. if not you will get 2 years
