@Christ forgiveness question, your case was approved on Jan 24 and today you just received your gc?

@v s09 there were actually steps that I didn’t mention on my post after approval 1, card was produced(10) days later 2, The post office picked up your mail..(3) days later 3, and final step was which is today card delivered to me by the post..

@Anikiniun 🦁🦁🦁 do not wait until the letter arrived in the mail just print out the letter and have an appointment at the nearest USCIS approved doctors and do it as soon as possible because you don’t know how long it’s gonna take them! after I have submitted my medical it took them almost 10 months to approve so do it as quickly as possible.
