10 years GC or Conditional?
Hey, I have been married for over 2 years now. When I submitted my paperwork, I was married for 1 year and 6 months. Would I get 10 year GC or 2 year conditional GC? Is it based on the length of the marriage upon the time of interview or is it based on when you filed?
Thank you.

@Kalecia if you sent your paperwork in that amount of times, it's absolutely true that you will get a permanent GC because on the day of your interview and approval, you will already be in your 2+years anniversary. The decision whether to get conditional or permanent is based on the time of approval of your interview.

It all depends on the time of interview, but the way it looks like, you will end up with the 10 year GC
