10 Month after interview no decision
10 Month after interview no decision this is frustrating 🤦🏽♂️ my case is from march,29 2024. I have done senator inquiry more than 40 days ago and no answers from them yet. there’s a lot of people getting approved in less than 1 year and I feel stuck. it’s not fair. Am I the only one in the same situation?

no, there is a whole backlog right know, I had to file a lawsuit almost one year ago to forced en to their work, it’s a unfair system , your last option should be a lawsuit
