so my husband and I filed I-765 and I-131 on the same day. even though he is a dependent on my case, he got both of his approved before me, and I only got I-131 approved. funny enough i previously had EAD from my OPT, he did not, but somehow mine is not ready and his is.
the question is: if and how can i inquire about my I-765?

you can call the toll number on the website and hopefully be connected to a live agent, who are very general and noncommittal. I am in your situation having had OPT but seven months later no EAD.
