N 400 is different. my is I-751

I keep getting notifications about fingerprint also I ask my lawyer why she told me uscis system will update fingerprint every 6 months are so

tas smith i don't think your lawyer said that. I waited for 14 months and this is the second time that immigration taken my fingerprints.

off course she did why would I just say that I ask her because even on my old case from 2019 I get fingerprint updated that uscis my last fingerprint I did was last year July and think still updated on all mycase

@ s favor, your case is similar to mine. I filled I-751 May 2020, fingerprint applied in June 2020 and nothing done in it since then. filled N-400 September 2021 and nothing yet too

I had an interview scheduled for I-751 on June 2022, but unfortunately we were not able to attend the interview as my wife (petitioner) had to leave country for emergency case overseas and her flight was booked long before receiving interview notice, so we had to postpone it and requested to re-schedule interview another date. Nothing from USCIS after sending them re-schedule request. on October 20, 2022 my case was updated to "fingerprints relating to your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number XXXXXX, have been applied to your case. Any thoughts what this mean? Thanks in Advance and GL to all immigration cases
