it’s taking at least 6 weeks sometimes 4 weeks but things are starting to move a little faster so I hope you get it soon

Generally, it takes 4 to 6 months to process an I-601A waiver application.

@Burke Madera: 601A waivers are taking waaaayyy longer than that... it will all depend on which office center your case is.. if your case is in Nebraska center will take from 17-22 months to get approved... if your case is in Potomac Center will take from 24-34 months to be approved. After approval you have to wait for NVC to closed your case after accepting your Ds260 AND after that, wait for your country’s embassy to send you a date for your interview.

@D 88 I believe it’s just a 1-601. I will double check the document to make sure. it’s sucks they ate taking longer.

Girllll, every single day I am scouring the internet for some hope. This community has been a wealth of information and a source of comfort. Unless you are living the experience then I don't believe one can truly comprehend the situation. not trying to be invasive, but did they offer the possibility of bond?
