It took my I-130 a little over 11 to be approved. I filed the I-485 immediately after and did my Biometric 12/11/2023. I also send in the I-765 for Employment Authorization within the first two weeks of January 2024. Since the case for the I-486 was created, in 12/2023, USCIS website has changed my time remaining for Decsion, 4 different times. Now it’s saying 5 months.
has anyone else been getting these fluctuating Processing Times? It’s hard to determine which Processing Time is accurate and which are not. And I am not sure why the EAD would be taking so long.

By the way, I filed the I-765 in the 01/2024 and I still haven’t received my e-notification. I tracked it with USPS. USPS said it was Delivered and Received on their end. Yet they haven’t let me know if they received it or not.

Bo Bo , RFE was for I-864, Affidavit Of Support, but I still haven’t heard from them as to whether or not the got the I-765 or what they have planned to do…no notification on it.

don’t follow the time that the online tracking thing is saying . it’s not accurate and just constantly changes
