@Rijo Rijo It was 2 years without any changes, but as I received work permit, I continued, trying not to get anxious. I made a request last year, then in December they asked for NFE. I sent it and now I'm waiting again, they told me it would take more 6 months. I just have to wait.

got the RFE on my case the same day. do you remeber the adjudicating officer?

@waiting list the signature on my letter was that of officer Mary E B Seng.

@:) my case officer is also Mary E B Seng. I got RFE on all 3 prongs with mostly generic formatted letter. Weird! Same Officer, same day. Was the officer on a bad mood that day? 🤨 My response was received on 13th March. I will update you once I get a decision. Hopefully we will get a positive decision, IA.

@waiting list OMG. It seems like most cases are getting an RFE. Everything that was requested in mine was there in my petition. But she will have a wonderful day when she evaluates our RFE. 🙏🏼 I hope good news from you.
