@A A I mean what questions did they asked related to the I-751. Did they asked any questions to your spouse
A AAug 16, 2025
@S L The I-751 is questions were based on your relationships. Like similar questions when you got your I-485. My spouse and I were both in the room through out the interview. it was just a general thing. If your relationship is genuine no need to stress about it. Answers will
come naturally. Go with all your children birth certificates if you have children together.
Benjamin QAug 16, 2025
@S L the officer asked
what is your wife name:
I reponded
he said you guys have a 8 years old daughter together!
I said yes
he said I don’t see any reason to not approve the I-751 and he lean on the computer and approve it
then put me under oath again for the N-400
Benjamin QAug 16, 2025
@A A I agree how ever for me, my wife never got to be in the interviewied room or even got questions and I filed all my docs without a lawyer or help.
