📌 I-730 | Still Waiting After Transfer – Any Updates?
Hello everyone,
My I-730 case was transferred to a USCIS international field office a while ago. It's been over 45 days since I received the transfer notice, but I haven’t received any interview appointment yet.
I’m hoping to hear from others in a similar situation —
Has anyone recently received interview instructions after their case was transferred?
How long did it take after the 45-day window?

I’m waiting for 403 days .last update was case transferred to another USCIS office for jurisdiction.it’s now 120 days running..

I got same mail that told me the case will transfer to guangzhou office in 45days since 5-22-2025, but I still haven’t received it.

@Robert Ling hey, mind me asking when did you submit your i-730 form? I submitted it in Jan but no thing ever happened after that, it is just never proceeding
