you can check it under the document tab it’s there under i485.

there is no document tab on my own. it’s so weird

Just to clarify, the documents tab has to be on your account in the official USCIS website, not here on Lawfully or any other tracking apps. Hope that helps!

you can’t if you file under Vawa but if it’s over 30-60 days you got Vawa approved then it’s your i864W and Medical, early RFE sometimes is just Birth Certificate

yea @Ani C it wasn’t there at all. I have had the account for like 7yrs Ago. it’s so annoying, it only says request for initial evidence…. so I’m praying it’s for medical

@ayoade kay I have pretty much same time frame as you…mine was RFIE and it was medicals…hope this helps

How many days after the medical submission they can approve greencard?

how soon after your approval did you get the update on your i485 my vawa was just approved yesterday and i485 filed back in 2021
