Thank you for the good vibes and information shared in this amazing community, hopefully you all have good news soon.
It has been a long journey that finally got an end. Around 1.5 yrs at the Labor Department, then 259 for the AOS to be completed.

Interesting notes:
Citation for speeding not declared because I honestly forgot it. In 2003 I came to US with a tourist visa and got the speeding ticket that I tried to pay but they never founded the record, at FBI screening they attached the dots and send me the ticket to my current address.

yes, I got 485j receipt notice a couple days after filing it, then it was approved like one week before getting the 485 approved.
