@bk oju did you contact uscis/congressman? i am not sure what's going on but i am scared that we won't get anythibg by waiting. i am just scared that my file is lost because they are already working on cases from 2022

@mrkvica M. God is working something out in our favor trust him we shall hear good news soon before this month comes to an end.

@bk oju honestly, i gave up already 😔 this is so frustrating and depressing when we don't see any movement on our cases. i don't think it will be resolved by itself. and my lawyer doesn't care

I was told that the Vawa is taking up to 10 years, I'm trying not to believe it

@castro LG that's not correct. 80%cases gets resolved in 36 months but if it's taking longer, that means that there's problem, meaning case is lost, case is in a pile...

this is very tiring

@castro LG i know. i have been waiting five years, spent so much money and my lawyer doesn't care. i don't see the end. so that means i will have to spend more money to find a new lawyer and i can't find a normal job because nobody wants to hire me with work permit that will expire in the beggining of next year

This is sad, but everything will be fine , Did you renew your EAD and still haven't received a response

@castro LG i just filed for renewal of work permit and AP which could take up to a year now
