@haada haada no you can’t send your Medicals… please 🙏🏾 don’t send what they don’t ask for if not you will creating trouble for yourself… you can do it now and keep it that’s fine but don’t send until they request it because if you do that alone can make them deny use for not following rules and regulations. that’s my two cents from experiences that I know of. you see the part where you said you don’t want to delay your case, doing that will even delay the case more and more trust me, USCIS follow the rules to the latter and they don’t joke or care if you get what I’m saying. just be patient and wait for the RFE. when they ask for it and you send it, it takes about 2-4 months for them to decide after than so all you have to do now is pray and be patient.

@haada haada I did it and sent it before the RFE, the exams no longer have an expiration date, so they don't imply anything.

@bolaji imran No, that's not a problem at all, what can happen is that they request the exams again even if you have already sent them, they won't deny you just because of that, I've seen several people with the 485 approved who sent the RFE exams before.

@castro LG : I applied 485,360 on 12/28/2020, 360 got approved on2/22/2024 , 38 months for 360 . now 7 months for 485 , however they didn’t send me rfe for medical. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@castro LG you can’t send medicals if they’ve not requested for it. first of all,the way uscis work now,they can ask you to send the medical to any local field office or one of their service centers. So where exactly are you sending the medical if they haven’t requested for it? There’s no need being in a rush,you’re on track to get your green card. Congrats
