it’s a waiver. I have a complicated case βœ… today it was approved that’s why my TPS was approved now I’m still waiting on I 130 to be approved

@Bon Bagay I know, for my moms case she also filed a I-601 in August. I’m only asking because yours got approved quickly, so I wanted to know what your I-601 was for since I’ve noticed that the I-601 that get approved quickly are those with the vaccine waiver. I hope you get your I-130 approved soon. πŸ™πŸΌ
