NBC, and this timeline is not complete, had my biometrics on Nov 2021, no update after that, it says your case is being reviewed

I’m assuming your the beneficiary. Did your mother or father send the I-130 and got approved? typically they are concurrently filed when adjusting status in the U.S.

Yes, my mother filed I-130 in 2015, was approved in Aug 2020, and since I was over 21 we waited for visa to became available and then we applied for AOS in July 2021.

from the looks of it and the Information your processing time is becoming current I would expect anything from now and the next 3months. then if you don’t hear you should be able to ask a reason as to why it’s taking so long.

Thanks, I hope I get some updates soon. Where did you find that my processing time is becoming current?

based off your location in Cleveland and Case category USCIS processing times if it got transferred to NBC like you said it’s just a matter of time till yours gets adjudicated from the USCIS site: Where should I look for my processing time if my receipt lists the National Benefit Center (NBC)? If the “USCIS Office” is the National Benefits Center (NBC) and you have filed an employment-based or family-based Form I-485, a Form N-400, or a Form N-600, you should check processing times for your local field office. You can use our Field Office Locator if you need help determining your local office (scroll to the bottom of the page). your field office list 80 percent of cases are completed in 14.5 months and you can inquire in October 9th 2023….. your a few days shy of 14.5 months

I’m still waiting for my parents I-485 and it’s been pending since may 2021 (enven with an approved I-130)…. so I guess we’re good.
