Just prepare everything. taxes, photo album, service with both names. license with the same address. be nice. they want to know about your relationship and how is your life together. how you guys meet, does he or she gave you a ring in the proposal, who wakes up first, how is your daily routine, does he has family, questions like that.

@Anita Anita you have nothing to worry about. Ours was August 1st and the officer did not ask us for any proofs. But stil be prepared. she ask how we met and what job I had. Then she said she sees no issues with the i130 and ask questions about the i485. About 30mins.By the evening we got a notification that card being produced and 3 days later all cases approved. still waiting on card to ship

@Dini congratulations 🍾, the thing is when I filled it was just the application only no evidence or medical, but I have all that now , that’s I am worried what they might ask but am keeping it positive now , thanks to every one who share there experience !

@Anita Anita ok. my lawyer didn’t send any evidence also just the medical so I was so prepared with pictures and joint proofs but she didn’t ask for any of it. I think they were more concerned about the fraud coming to the US, which we had to do a 601 waiver and ask for forgiveness based on hardship and he had a criminal history that would have made my husband inadmissible of we didn’t get it dismissed. You will be ok. what’s your state? I’m NY
