|-130 APPROVED.
We finally got the |130 approved and on the letter it says we just need to send form |-485. My question since we are doing this by ourself is; does my husband needs to do medical exams and send it together? on the approval letter just say to send |-485 and attach the approval letter with it. is Medical exames something that we gonna have to go thru or they can approve the 485 and just send the green card? I just want to do all at once so we don’t have to wait any longer. TIA. and good luck to everyone who’s still waiting on approval, your time is coming. ♥️

you might still need to provide the affidavit of support form with the 485 even if they already have your tax return. but yes definitely do the medical now and send all together.

go to the usics website and include everything else togetjer with the I485, you do need to include medical, affidavit of support, marriage certificate etc (they tell you exactly what is a must)
