VAWA Pending for 48 Months (4 Years) & Just Got My 8th Prima Facie Extension. Anyone else?
Today, I just received my 8th Prima Facie determination extension (valid until December 2026). While I am glad my case is still active and considered approvable on its face, the 4-year wait is becoming incredibly stressful and exhausting. My I-485 are also pending , no any RFE
Is there anyone with a June 2022 receipt date (or around mid-2022) who is still waiting for a final decision? How many Prima Facie extensions did you get before final approval?

Need Advice: H4 Stamping and approval pending
Hi, I received my H-1B extension I-797 approval, but my wife's H-4 extension is still pending.
If we travel to India before her H-4 extension is approved, can she use my approved H-1B I-797 for H-4 visa stamping?
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any guidance or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Refugee travel document
Hi family,
I just returned from Africa using my refugee travel document. My I-485 has been pending for 708 days. Before I traveled, I filed a writ of mandamus lawsuit. About three weeks after I arrived in Africa, the USCIS attorney contacted me regarding the lawsuit and asked for a 25-day extension, which I accepted.
About a week later, USCIS scheduled me for an interview in two weeks' time. When I returned from Africa, I was sent to secondary inspection, where I spent about 45 minutes. The officer asked me some basic questions. After I told him where I had traveled from, he said, "Welcome back home," stamped my refugee travel document, and issued me a new I-94. I was in Africa for 7 weeks

case transfer to Non Local Field office
According to emma my case has been transferred to San Francisco FIELD OFFICE three weeks ago from NBC but this is not even my local field office. What this might indicate? any one else had their case transferred to non local FO recently ? How is SF known for handling transfered EB cases?

This transfer is not even visible in my USCIS account though neither received transfer notice.
N-400 application
Has anyone been in a situation where they applied for naturalization and it was denied because USCIS is stating that their green card was granted in error? How did you overcome this obstacle?
My dad is getting ready to apply for his naturalization, but 10 years ago he was denied due to this situation. Now we’re not sure if he should re apply or just continue to renew his green card. Any insight is appreciated! Thank you!
Emergency Advance parole
I have a friend who has a pending vawa application a parent died whom he has not seen it 4 years he contacted his lawyer to file an emergency advance parole to travel abroad for the funeral with his American citizen child ( not to a banned country) right now with all that is going on with immigration he said he will take his chances because if he does not pay his last respect he will not be able to live with himself… question # do you guys think it’s a good idea would you take the chance if it was your situation??
I-601 waiver of inadmissibility
Sometimes I wonder if there is any hope for I-601 cases to move just a tad faster. Not all cases are complex. Some people just have an overstay without other complicated issues 😞
