Premium processing upgrade, past 3-week deadline with no action — anyone else?
My case was originally filed under regular processing, then USCIS upgraded it to premium processing on July 24 (a few months after the initial filing). It's now going to hit 6 weeks under premium processing this coming Tuesday, well past the standard 15-business-day/3-week premium processing guarantee. USCIS hasn't taken any action yet, and my attorney hasn't received any notice either.
Has anyone else experienced premium processing going past the 3-week window? If so:
- How long did it ultimately take to get a decision?
- Did you get any explanation for the delay?
- Did you contact USCIS or file a service request, and did that help?
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's been through this.

same here. upgraded to pp on June 25th, no update since. my lawyer has sent email to the pp unit but not heard back yet.

yeah, it’s so stressful. there is no action on the case even after almost 6 weeks now.

This is terrible, no one is checking on these USCIS units and all the excuse they have is they're over loaded with cases but they are not overloaded to take money from applicants. I wonder if, if they don't fulfill premium promise they remit a portion of payment back to applicants. it's not fair at all. So sad. I hope everything goes well

hi Sunil, mine was upgraded on june 24 and I got the approval after 6.5 weeks. hopefully you should get yours soon, it’s being delayed for many people. I am not with Infy.
