hi guys, I just had my interview done at San Antonio field office. the officer told me that there is no visa available right now so I have to wait and he does not need anything else from me. is it a positive sign that he would me the card? PD: 6/24/2022 #eb3unskilled

RW：RFE question

My mom is the principal applicant for our EB-4 case, and my brother and I are derivative applicants. Today, my mom’s I-485 status changed to “Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent,” but my brother’s and my I-485 cases did not change and we have not received an RFE. Is it normal for only the principal applicant to receive an RFE while the derivative applicants do not? Also, for those who have received an RFE before, about how long did it take for the physical RFE notice to arrive in the mail after the online case status changed?

anyone know if NBC center can directly approve the case without transferring to Fo? mine is over a year at NBC no update nothing except this biometric renewal after a year

My husband has refused to attend our USCIS interview, and we have already missed the interview twice. I also filed a VAWA case earlier this year, which is currently pending. USCIS has now scheduled another interview for next month. However, this is not a VAWA interview; it is for the original marriage-based case that my husband and I filed jointly.
