July 25 2023 - i485 Approvsl <mandamus pro se>
My case was approved last week after multiple contacts with uscis, senator and congressman inquiry. I picked myself up and went to file Mandamus “pro se” because I couldn’t afford to give a lawyer 4000-8000. I used Gemini and Claude and made sure I was very detailed. Not I’d advice you look at your. are well before go ahead to file yourself. But anyways my case was approved last Friday and someone from the DOJ also called me to congratulate me and apologize for the unnecessary delay. Goodluck to you guys. Be strong and Keep your heads up. BA out!!!! See yall at the citizenship race!!!

@B A, congratulations! I’m also working on a writ of mandamus and filing it by myself. Hopefully, I’ll get some updates too. I’ve been waiting since April 7, 2025, after my interview, and it’s been silent ever since. On September 17, 2026, I received a silent update on my I-485 for the FBI notice, and on September 20, 2026, my I-130 status changed to USCIS processing your case. Since then, there have been no updates. So, now I’m working myself for a writ of mandamus and filing it myself. Any more information please let me know thanks in advance
