is it just me or does it seem like the chat to a live agent becomes almost impossible these days? they ask you how they can help and when you send them your questions they just answer you with a generic answer and cut off the conversation.
we have passed the normal processing time (80% mark) but still before the 93% mark as this one keeps on shifting each month. it was November 2026 and suddenly it is june 2027.
what else can we do to get them to look at our cases?

@Priority Date: Nov 2021 what do you mean interfile? Medicals are up to date and no RFE issued. interview was also waived up until now. case is not even at our local field office. it’s sitting in Seattle. so basically a clean cut case. just don’t understand why it is taking so long since we don’t have anything outstanding. from when priority date became current it is 10 months. from filing is 4years and 2 months to the date today
