EAD 765 finally approved . EB2 dependant.
I tried to expedite due to financial loss on September 10th but it was denied without RFE. tried to expedite again immidietely but it was denied had to wait till 7 days to try again. Contacted congressman last week and shared documents to expedite due to financial loss and humanitarian reasons of which they did. Today I tried to expedite again which was ok and after 4 hours the status changed to Card being produced. 485 is still pending. case transferred new office has jurisdiction

how can I correct my husbands name after approval ? (i130)
The approval of my husband’s case was sent , but instead of sending the email by his name they sent it by my father’s name. So I sent e-request in order to correct the name, after 3 months they asked us to apply for amended petition form. Does any one have any idea on this form and how long does it take to correct the name ?

marriage-based. expedited Aug 25, expedite rfe sep 7, submitted evidence sep 8. don’t know if RFE did anything but all in all just glad to be able to work again!
