Have you noticed that between November 2021 and September 2022, there is no update? The courtesy letter for the I693 was sent in March. As long as you know you did all that was asked, don't stress about it. They did say my category would take 10-14 months.

@JM L my category is like yours pd March this year get courtesy letter about meds waiting for further instruction as it say not to mail it in at this time so am just patiently waiting my time

@tas Smith and @Nan May, the courtesy letter was sent in March. They said not to mail it. So I did the medical and held it. The RFE sent on September 17, asked me to mail the medical (I-693) to the Field Office. I mailed it and I also uploaded the scanned copy on unsolicited evidence. I just received the message that I'm approved. So you're in line to be processed depending on your processing centre. I'm at the NBC.

I applied for my 93 year old father on December 22. got RFE IN may and send them on 25 may. they acknowledge it. what is courtesy letter? my case says nothing about it.

Courtesy letter is just a reminder that you need medical if you didn't summit it with your application then after they will either send for it are tell to bring it to your interview

ok. we submitted medical with applications. so now waiting for answer from uscis.
