I am the beneficiary and my fiance has filed my application since 26th of July and still nothing, can he call his congressman or or it had to be the beneficiary who should ? I am not in the state , he is, will appreciate you share your experience with me

I’m confused is this your NOA2 or is this the actual approval? when did you get the NOA2?

@ mossy goose - this is my NOA2 still have some more things to get done before fiancé can come to states.

@Abby - I am the petitioner.. I would have the petitioner call the congress man. You can definitely give them a call at any point. They don’t guarantee that they will speed up the process or anything like that but they’ll definitely take a look at it for you and do everything in their power to make sure it gets approved, considering your application has everything that’s needed. In my opinion it can be a huge help. Thank you btw!
