so Happy to be done with USCIS for now whew!!!.praying for a smooth NVC process.I pray you all receive your approvals because trust me I know what each of you is going through!..3 days ago I chated with agent via Emma and she submitted an inquiry on my behalf although my inquiry date was on up yet..so maybe try that not sure if that helped…In my opinion K3 did not help at all..it still shows case received…wish everyone the best!!!

Aug 19 case transferred from Texas to NBC
Aug 23 case transferred and new office has jurisdiction
Sep 7 I received a RFE for medical - it never showed up on the USCIS status update
Sep 14 they received my response (also no update on USCIS).
Until Oct 19 “new card is being produced” my case status was case transferred and new office has jurisdiction
My case started in Texas then moved to NBC but the medical RFE came from Louisville Field Office.

Nothing crazy about my case, except that lawyers forgot about me for 4 months when I thought that they were taking care of my submissions. priority date should have been June instead.
I did premium processing in august for the i-140, and looks like it did accelerate a bit the process for me.
